Quality is the watchword at Columbine Plastics. Our goal is to develop an intimate understanding of our customers’ needs before we produce your parts. Prior to production, our Quality Assurance team will meet with you to discuss the dimensional and cosmetic requirements of your molded parts.

These demands are rigorously enforced throughout all stages of production. Many of our customers require zero-defects production, which is not subject to incoming inspection.

Our inspectors are trained and managed by an ISO 9000 Certified Lead Auditor and each inspector has a trained backup. Quality is the most heavily weighed review criterion for all job classifications.

Our people are not just trained in Statistical Process Control, we also employ advanced problem solving techniques such as Chi-Square testing, regression analysis and Taguchi factorial experiments. We have demonstrated +.001/-.000” process capabilities and long-term run-to-run process stability.
